Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our Compliance Apprenticeship Programme as a Compliance Administrator apprentice. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with our Compliance team, help produce insightful reports using Excel and Microsoft 365 tools such as Power BI, and support our Legal and Procurement functions to streamline supplier management processes.
You will commence a Level 3 Data Essentials apprenticeship, equivalent to 3 A Levels. This 17‑month programme is supported by QA, renowned for applied and cohort‑based learning. The 17‑month apprenticeship includes collaboration between the Compliance, Cybersecurity, Legal and Procurement teams to create and manage reports in Excel and other tools. You will assist with supplier onboarding and documentation alongside the Legal and Procurement teams.
Responsibilities
* Assist with compliance monitoring to help ensure standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and others are maintained.
* Produce and manage reports in Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Power BI).
* Support the Legal and Procurement teams to streamline supplier onboarding and documentation.
* Collaborate with Compliance, Cybersecurity, Legal and Procurement teams on work‑based projects and real business challenges.
* Contribute to data‑driven decision making through accurate data management.
Requirements
* Have 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
* Have an interest in data and reporting.
* Be flexible, well‑organised, and have strong time management skills.
* Have good communication skills (written, verbal, face to face and remote).
* Display a can‑do attitude and willingness to overcome challenges.
* Think logically, be willing to self‑learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.
* Enjoy collaborating with others.
Delivery & Location
* Full‑time, 17‑month apprenticeship.
* Delivery: 14 live instructor sessions (virtually) over the course.
* Hybrid working: remote with two days per week in the office (CDL Stockport campus); onboarding may require more time in the office initially.
Compensation
Competitive salary starting at £22,000 per annum, with CDL paying your student fees.
