Agility is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading North West company As an HR Advisor, you will be instrumental in supporting the HR function by providing expert advice and guidance across a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and employment law compliance. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR contact, responding promptly to employee queries and resolving issues effectively. Manage conflict resolution and mediation to foster positive employee relations. Conduct detailed exit interviews to capture valuable feedback for continuous improvement. Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and assist with recruitment. Support new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration process. Assist with performance management and oversee training initiatives to boost employee growth and engagement. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organisation. Provide general administrative support for HR activities as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Advisor with a solid grasp of HR best practices.
