Overview
The Fraud team protects the business from fraud losses while keeping the customer at the heart of everything. As a member of the Fraud team, you’ll investigate Application Fraud, Account Takeover, and Disputes.
Responsibilities
* Investigate inbound and outbound customer contact for all areas of Fraud and Disputes.
* Protect the business from fraud losses by proactively identifying fraudulent applications and transactions, and protect victims of fraud and genuine customers.
* Serve as the point of contact for offshore vendors and other areas of the UK business.
* Take ownership of cases with end‑to‑end case management and one‑call resolution.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, communicating effectively with customers and third parties.

Working Hours & Location
12‑week full training: 09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday. Post‑training: 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Primarily remote with a day in the office every 2 weeks.
