Key
Responsibilities
* Clean all front-of-house and
back-of-house areas, including dining areas, bar, toilets, and staff areas.
* Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
regularly.
* Dust and polish surfaces and the building
fabric.
* Clean and sanitise surfaces.
* Empty bins and ensure waste is
disposed of correctly in line with company procedures.
* Follow cleaning schedules and
complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene
standards and food safety regulations.
* Report any maintenance issues,
breakages, or hazards to management.
* Use cleaning chemicals safely and
in accordance with COSHH guidelines.
* Support deep cleaning tasks as
required.
Skills
& Experience
* Previous cleaning experience
useful but not necessary.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and
efficiently.
* Basic understanding of health and
safety and hygiene standards.
* Reliable, punctual, and
trustworthy.
* Ability to work flexible hours,
including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
