Dr McDevitt & Partners is a small friendly Practice in Dumbarton Health Centre, We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist/ Administration assistant to join our team with excellent communication and IT skills as well as previous experience in patient or customer facing role. Experience in a GP or Healthcare setting is desirable. However, full training will be provided for the right candidate. The vacancy we have is part-time over 5 days between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Role/ Duties The role will include dealing with patients over the phone and at our reception desk. Booking and cancelling appointments and signposting patients to the appropriate service. You must be able to work under pressure, adapt to busy and unpredictable situations, whilst upholding patient confidentiality at all times.
