We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Operative to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production lines, maintaining quality control, and supporting the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:

Production Line Operation:Operate and monitor machinery and equipment within the production area.

Quality Control:Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.

Assembly & Packaging:Assist in assembling and packaging products according to instructions and specifications.
*
Health and Safety Compliance:Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and ensure the workplace is safe, tidy, and free from hazards.

Inventory Management:Support stock management and ensure materials are available when needed for production runs.
*
Maintenance Support:Assist in basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:Suggest and support improvements to production processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:

Previous Experience (preferred): Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential.
*
Attention to Detail: Ability to work meticulously and ensure high levels of quality control.
*
Team Player: Able to work well within a team and contribute positively to achieving production targets.
*
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and carry out physical tasks as required.

Communication Skills: Good communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with supervisors and colleagues.

Flexibility: Ability to work Monday to Friday with occasional overtime if needed.

Must be able to Drive:A valid UK driving licence, have own transport.
