Generous discounts: Up to 80% off our kitchen products Flexible holidays: Buy up to five additional days through our holiday purchase scheme Health & wellbeing support: 24/7 access to a virtual GP and employee assistance programme Lifestyle perks: Cycle to work scheme and discounts with 200 high-street brands Refer a Friend scheme A supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas are welcomed and encouraged What you’ll be doing As a Project Engineer, you’ll: Coordinate and deliver capital investment (CapEx) projects across UK manufacturing sites Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Work closely with engineering, production, and operational teams to understand site needs and develop practical solutions Support the development of project scopes, technical specifications, and supplier selection Engage and manage OEMs, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and timelines, escalating issues where needed Ensure all work complies with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who combines engineering understanding with a strong project mindset.
