Inspire Young Minds as a Primary School Teacher
We are looking for three enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teachers to join our welcoming and forward-thinking school community on a supply basis. As a Primary Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing pupils academically, socially, and emotionally-delivering creative lessons that spark imagination and build a lifelong love of learning.

You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Your work will make a real impact on pupils’ progress and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that meet a range of learning needs
2. Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that encourages participation and curiosity
3. Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress through observations, assessments, and feedback
4. Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, pupils, and colleagues
5. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to share best practice and enhance outcomes
6. Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm, focused learning environment
7. Take part in professional development to stay up to date with educational approaches
✅ What We’re Looking For
8. A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS – required)
9. Previous primary teaching experience is welcomed, but not essential
10. Strong communication and classroom management skills
11. Organised, proactive, and adaptable teaching style
12. A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
13. Ability to tailor lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities

15. Pay: From £140 per day (minimum)
16. Schedule:
17. Monday to Friday
18. Day shifts only
19. No weekends
20. School holidays off
21. Start Date: ASAP
22. Location: In person
Requirements:
23. Bachelor’s degree (required)
24. Minimum 1 year teaching experience
25. QTS (required)
