Oakminster Healthcare is a group of 5 care homes located in Glasgow City, committed to providing safe, compliant, and high-quality environments for our residents and staff.
We are seeking a proactive and driven Estates & Facilities Manager to take ownership of estates, compliance, and facilities across our group.

Including the implementation of a digital estates and maintenance system to provide clear oversight, improve accountability, and support compliance across all homes.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for estates and facilities management across 5 care homes
* Identify gaps and drive improvements in compliance, safety, and maintenance standards
* Lead the selection and implementation of a digital system for maintenance, compliance, and reporting
* Ensure accurate and consistent record-keeping and visibility across all sites
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Care Inspectorate, and statutory requirements, Fire, Legionella and Asbestos.
* Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes
* Oversee contractors and service providers
* Support and guide Maintenance staff across all homes
* Lead audits, inspections, and risk management processes
* Prioritise works effectively
About You
* Proven experience in estates or facilities management (healthcare preferred)
* Experience implementing or improving systems, processes, or digital tools
* Strong knowledge of UK health & safety and compliance requirements
* Confident in identifying issues and driving them through to resolution
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sites
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* IOSH/NEBOSH qualification (desirable)

· Hours of work are generally 8am – 4pm (5 out of 7)
· Minimum of 5 year’s experience in similar position
