Based in London, with onsite working a minimum of 2 days p/w, you'll be working alongside a Senior Motion Designer and the Head of Motion.

Job Description
We are looking for a super talented Senior Motion Designer to join our client’s Brand Design team. In this role, you will help design, build, and scale their brand motion system across global campaigns and projects. As part of the wider Brand Marketing team, you will enjoy all the benefits of working within a friendly, collaborative, and dynamic environment alongside a multi-disciplinary team of creatives, designers, writers, illustrators, animators, producers, and makers.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled in motion design, with a track record of delivering hands-on, eye-catching work across multiple channels. You enjoy crafting and shaping a concept, but also thinking in systems: building frameworks, components, and workflows that scale. You love to sweat the details while helping others move faster and more consistently.
What you will be doing
– Concept and create eye-catching, engaging content across social, paid, DOOH, and brand channels.
– Design and animate digital-first content for social (TikTok, IG, YouTube etc.).
– Lead motion builds across priority campaigns and formats (16:9, 1:1, 9:16, 4:5).
– Help design, implement, and maintain the brand’s Motion 2.0 framework (component-driven, tokenised system).
– Mentor and support Level E/F motion designers and cross-discipline ICs.
– Explore new tooling (AI, Figma plugins, After Effects pipelines, Lottie/JSON) to accelerate workflows.
– Produce supporting assets for both hero and micro-campaigns.
– Collaborate across teams to deliver on global projects and campaigns.
– Ensure outputs are consistent, on-brand, and production-ready.
About You
– Strong track record in motion design for brand and advertising (agency or in-house).
– Deep expertise in After Effects, including excellent understanding of expressions.
– Working with Essential Graphics and template systems is a must.
– Solid knowledge of Figma and motion system workflows (tokens, templates, components).
– Experience translating static design into scalable, adaptive motion.
– Comfortable with multi-format delivery and localisation workflows.
– Experience with paid and social performance formats is a plus.
– Knowledge of emerging motion technologies (AI, interactive, Lottie/JSON) desirable.
Bonus skills
– Cinema 4D proficiency.
– Ability to write scripts for After Effects and help shape new workflows.
