The Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) is seeking a strategic research leader to join its Executive Team. The role involves shaping the research agenda, overseeing operations across research clusters, and fostering academic collaborations within Cambridge Judge Business School and the wider University. A key focus is to enhance academic output and publication in peer-reviewed journals, maintaining academic excellence.
You will manage the Centre's externally funded research programs, from planning to publication, working closely with directors and research leads to ensure quality and rigour. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in delivering impactful research projects, managing research teams, and experience in grant management, impact evaluation, and digital financial services regulation. While a PhD, MBA, or postgraduate qualification is desirable, relevant experience is equally valued.
