Salary: £32,600 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
* Accurate entry of Complex Sales Orders and Invoices
* Approving Credit Notes
* Cash Forecasting
* Query management and resolution
* Reviewing work instructions in line with governance policies
* Supporting internal and external audit requests
* Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives to ensure best practice
* Supporting projects/transitions as required
Your skills and experiences:
* AAT qualified with experience of working in an Accounts Receivable function
* Intermediate level Excel skills
* Good experience of operating multiple accounting ERP’s
* Good interpersonal and influencing skills
* Vigilant approach to problem solving
* Accounts Receivable experience

The Accounts Receivable Team:
Join a highly effective financial operations team specialising in accounts receivable services across a range of complex businesses. Join a large team where people development and job satisfaction are core.
You will be part of a team providing a number of finance activities to business units across BAE Systems, using multiple ERP Systems. The activities undertaken within the team include sales order loading, external sales invoicing and credit notes, cash allocation, and debtor management which are conducted using various technologies including robotics.
