Teaching assistant main responsibilities
* Manage student behaviour on a 1:1 basis
* Work with teachers and SENCO to develop and implement individual learning plans
* Be a positive role model for students and develop a productive working relationship
* Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working in a school setting
* Ability to manage difficult behaviour and maintain a positive relationship with students
* A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students
* Excellent communication skills
