Family Hubs Navigator – West Lancashire

We’re looking for a Family Hubs Navigator to play a leading role in developing welcoming, vibrant and engaging Family Hubs across West Lancashire.
What You’ll Do
• Connect children, young people and families to Early Help, health, youth services and wider support
• Lead and inspire Delivery Centre Support Workers
• Drive engagement and increase attendance
• Champion digital communication – websites, social media and booking systems
• Coordinate One Stop Shop offers shaped by families’ needs
• Ensure Family Hubs are inclusive, high-quality community spaces
• Create opportunities for families to influence services
