Equans is looking for a Mechanical Water Technician to join our team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week. There is also an on-call rota. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. There is also overtime available.
What will you deliver?
1. Duties include but not limited to; Monitoring tap temperatures, changing taps, TMVs, TMTs, Plumbing tasks, Installing showers, taps and sinks
2. Managing Legionella compliance
3. Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to the Mechanical infrastructure and plant in accordance with Site task schedules and CAFM
4. Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made
5. Ensure that plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order
6. Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works
7. Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator
8. Take part in an on-call rota

Who are you?
22. Previously worked within a maintenance environment
23. Level 2 Plumbing qualification
24. Previously worked within a healthcare maintenance environment (Desirable)
This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
