The Role:
* Advise on a broad range of employment matters, including contentious and non‑contentious work.
* Key responsibilities:
o Manage employment tribunal claims.
o Draft and negotiate contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
o Provide advice on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
o Support corporate transactions with employment‑related input.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor (common‑law qualified) with 3+ PQE with s a mix of contentious, advisory and transactional work, gained within a top tier firm is preferred.
* Previous experience in a leading employment team.
* Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice.
