We’re looking for a proactive and motivated HR Project Officer to join our HR & OD team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering our HR Plan, supporting colleagues across the organisation and helping to shape a positive, modern employee experience.
You’ll support a wide range of HR projects, provide first-line HR advice, maintain and improve our policies and processes, and contribute to learning, development and wellbeing initiatives. This is a varied role where no two days are the same – ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and making a real difference.
You’ll bring a strong foundation in HR, with experience gained in a generalist environment. Digitally confident and comfortable analysing data, you’ll be able to balance changing priorities in a fast-paced workload. A natural communicator, you build productive working relationships at all levels and bring a flexible, team-focused approach. Integrity, professionalism and confidentiality are central to how you work, and you’ll be passionate about contributing to positive HR practice across the organisation.
This post is a new role within the team and will initially for a fixed term of 1 year with the potential for an extension.
