Job Description
Job Purpose: To contribute to the Division of Small Animal Clinical Studies by delivering high-quality, small animal primary care at the Small Animal Hospital. The role involves teaching, supporting research, enhancing the practice’s reputation, and engaging in scholarship and personnel development aligned with the division's values.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and support a dynamic, high-quality small animal primary care practice.
* Update personal skills, support clinical growth, and promote the practice.
* Support clinical activity and referral networks to grow caseloads.
* Participate in promotional activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Contribute to teaching, including planning, delivery, assessment, and innovative educational approaches.
