Job Description
A full UK MANUAL driving license is required – A company vehicle will also be provided on duty.
The services operate a set rota featuring the following shifts:
• 36 Hours per week
• We require staff to work on our overnight team: 8:45pm to 07:30am
• Rota – 4 Nights on 4 Nights off
The Telecare Service is a responsive team who visit customers in their own homes. You will be required to:
• answer alarm activations across the city which have been raised by the customer or from an allocated assistive technology device
• assist customers to mobilise, support with personal care, customer falls and ambulance crew assistance
• respond to assistive technology which may include, property exit sensors, smoke alarms and pressure mats
Training will be included in an induction of the company and service
