Location: DN4, DoncasterStart Date:1st June 2026Pay:£95 per dayContract:Temp to Perm
We are recruiting a committed and nurturing Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a KS1 setting within a highly inclusive and community-focused primary school in the DN4 area. This role begins on 01/06/26 and offers a strong temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidate.

About the Role
In this role, you will support children who require additional help with learning and behaviour. Your responsibilities will include:
* Working 1:1 with a KS1 pupil or with a small group outside of the main classroom
* Delivering targeted interventions and personalised support
* Using RWI Phonics to deliver effective early reading support
* Promoting independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
* Experience delivering RWI Phonics
* Experience supporting SEN learners
* A calm, supportive and proactive approach
* Strong relationship-building skills
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to complete one)
