Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Hotel Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing existing MICE, local corporate and corporate group accounts at this busy 4 star hotel in central Windsor.
You will support the top line revenue for property, establishing opportunities through the local community. You will also manage a portfolio of accounts that could have opportunity for the rest of the collection. Working closely with the General Manager, reactive sales team and the wider operations team whilst also supporting the rest of the commercial team to deliver the budgeted room nights across MICE, corporate and leisure groups.

A luxury 4-star hotel in the heart of Windsor. Part of a small privately owned hotel group the hotel comprises of just over 100 rooms, restaurant and lounge bar as well as 10 meeting rooms
The Person
The successful Hotel Sales Manager will have the following:
* Be a confident and natural people person with a vast experience and established list of MICE contacts
* Have a flair for creating long term relationships and driving the right rated business to the hotel
* Have worked in a similar Sales role in a comparable hotel
* Be a driven leader, promoting al aspects of the hotels portfolio
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
