Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Security Specialist: Key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securely opening and closing the premises on scheduled days.
* Handy Hero: Performing essential minor repairs (DIY, basic plumbing/electrics) and assisting the Site Manager with maintenance logs.
* Cleanliness Champion: Ensuring internal areas and external grounds (playgrounds, reception areas) are kept tidy and fit for use.
