Senior Technical Coordinator - Canterbury
Step into a pivotal role with a leading residential developer, delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes across Kent. As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you'll take ownership of your projects, driving technical excellence and ensuring schemes are delivered efficiently, on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all technical information, engineering details and working drawing packages to ensure developments are delivered as intended.
* Secure all necessary approvals, including S104/S38/S278.
* Coordinate consultants, manage surveys and reports.
* Support design meetings and ensure information is issued accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Technical Coordinator or in a technical role within a residential housebuilding environment.
* HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction, Design or Civil Engineering.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Experience across RIBA stages.
