The Role

We are on the lookout for a PPC Executive to join our dynamic Performance Marketing Team in Leeds! In this role, you will take the lead on activating our UK & US PPC accounts, driving cost-effective joiners through paid search, demand generation, and PMAX.
As part of a dedicated team of 2, you will collaborate with a larger Performance Marketing function focused on inspiring people to join our gyms worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about health and fitness, eager to enhance their PPC expertise in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the activation of our UK and US PPC accounts
* Support the wider PPC team in daily performance management across all group accounts, aligning with joiner, spend, and CPA targets
* Utilize data-driven insights to implement optimizations and allocate investment across campaigns and creatives
* Adopt an analytical approach to suggest improvements and testing aligned with each account’s development roadmap
* Collaborate with internal teams on budgets, creative, offer management, and account development
* Build and maximize relationships with external partners to ensure adherence to industry best practices
* Work closely with the Digital Marketing Analyst team to implement tracking and reporting requirements
* Engage in iterative testing to drive performance improvements across all business units
* Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance long and short-term planning
The Person
We’re seeking a candidate with experience in PPC account optimization and budget management. While experience in the Health and Fitness sector is not mandatory, a genuine interest is essential. You should demonstrate:
* At least 1 year of experience in paid search
* Experience managing platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads
* Knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, and PowerBI
* A strong sense of ownership for performance, ensuring all targets are met
* Analytical skills capable of manipulating datasets and solving problems
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Commercial awareness to drive PureGym's success
* Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and third-party stakeholders
* Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently
