Overview
Immediate starts available! Experienced and committed Care Assistants required for a lovely residential home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Many of the residents have dementia and other age-related illnesses, and the role centres around providing the best possible care to support their wellbeing. This would include following personalised care plans and catering to their nutritional and mobility needs. You may also be involved in undertaking domestic duties and appropriate paperwork, and reporting any issues to senior staff. Responsibilities
* Follow personalised care plans and cater to residents’ nutritional and mobility needs.
* Provide care to residents with dementia and age-related illnesses to support their wellbeing.
* Undertake domestic duties and complete appropriate paperwork.
* Report issues to senior staff.
* Work as part of a team with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
* Have 12 months experience within a UK Care Home Setting
* Able to provide references covering the last 2 years of work
* Have an in-date enhanced DBS check dated within the last 6 months, ideally on the update service

This is an ongoing position. You will be working from 07:00 to 14:30 on days between Monday to Friday. £12.71 per hour rising to £13.33 per hour
