Your ability to connect with people distinguishes you. You understand not just what your customer needs, but how they feel. You ask the right questions, explain your fixes clearly, and ensure your customer can continue with their day. You’re prepared for anything, ready to assist anytime, anywhere, in any weather.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be:
* A communicator: Sharing knowledge in a way that customers understand and feel reassured that their needs are being met.
* A dedicated learner: Taking every opportunity to learn from others and improve your skills, whether on the road or in structured training.
* A self-starter: Working independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
* A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, whether fixing vehicles roadside or recovering them to a garage, enabling customers to get on with their day.
What do I need?
You’ll need:
* NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
* A full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less. If you don’t have Category BE (towing), we will fund it for you.
* Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
