Job Position: Head of Operations
Job Overview:
An exciting hands-on responsible position is available to join the Leaflike Team as a full-time Operations Manager. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with 5-star clients in a kind family business atmosphere, where we care about what we do and strive to enhance creativity through design and innovation in our projects.

KEY FEATURES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
1. Manage and motivate a small operations team and hold accountable for results.
2. Scheduling with efficiency.
3. Ensure health and safety.
4. Ensure 5-star warehouse and yard management.
5. Ensure 5-star uniform and vans management.
6. Monthly reporting and attendance at company management meetings.
Attributes required are:

3. Good communication skills - with both team and customers.
4. Able to deal with pressure to meet client deadlines/expectations for high-end projects.
5. Ownership of the operations role.

9. Practical understanding of running projects and installations.
10. Ability to think around onsite challenges and instigate solutions.
11. Ability to organize and plan.

13. Willingness and a can-do attitude to go the extra mile at any opportunity to satisfy the customer's needs.
14. Counterbalance forklift licence would be advantageous but not essential.
15. Prepared to adapt to change to ensure we continue to serve and meet customers' needs.
16. Take responsibility for executing tasks and have the initiative to find solutions to problems.
17. Take a proactive approach to jobs in hand and ensure products arrive on time and installations are executed smoothly.
18. Open to team feedback and suggestions to get a job done.
19. Commercial awareness regarding cost efficiencies of operations and staffing.
