Working with both our Paraplanning and Client Support teams, you’ll gain insight into different aspects of financial services. Alongside admin duties – answering calls and emails, handling post, and keeping records up to date – you’ll track cases from start to finish, liaise with providers, and occasionally speak with clients. You’ll support the paraplanning team, by carrying out regulatory checks, and keeping colleagues informed throughout each client journey. You’ll draft letters, scan documents, and proofread meeting notes. Confident with Excel, you’ll put both your literacy and numeracy skills to good use. You’ll navigate third-party IT platforms with ease. Time-sensitive work means you’ll be aware of deadlines, prioritising effectively to ensure that nothing is missed. Financial services experience would be beneficial, but training will be provided Ability to meet deadlines, organising and prioritising workload effectively Adaptability, a friendly approach, and the ability to pick up IT systems quickly. We work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. Following your training period, hybrid working will be available. Due to our rural location (RH16 4RR), you’ll need your own transport.
