Internal Sales Coordinator – Runcorn
Our client is looking for Internal Sales Coordinators to join their expanding team in Runcorn.
About the Role
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers, ensuring smooth sales processes, and working closely with Business Development Managers. You’ll help maintain excellent service standards while contributing to the branch’s overall success.
Key Facts
Location: Manor Park, Runcorn
Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm Monday–Thursday (4:30pm finish Fridays)
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 + Bonus (DOE)
Contract: PermanentKey Responsibilities
Process sales quotations, orders, and purchase orders accurately
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts
Follow up on quotations to secure new business
Expedite customer and supplier orders, including returns and non‑conformances
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records
Support Business Development Managers with coordination and admin tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement activities
Provide exceptional customer service in line with company valuesWhat We’re Looking For
Experience in electrical wholesale or distribution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Proactive, solution‑focused approach
