Our client, a large accident repair company, are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team in Sunderland. As it's at a large company this role comes with excellent job security and opportunities for promotion and progression.
The successful Vehicle Damage Assessor will get

Responsibilities of the successful Vehicle Damage Assessor
12. Undertake the inspection of damaged vehicles
13. Assess the full amount of damage, estimate costs of repair and timeframes
14. Liaise effectively with insurance companies and customers
15. Produce work that complies with the highest technical and quality standards
The ideal Vehicle Damage Assessor candidate
16. Experience of working as a VDA in a bodyshop
17. Carry out computerised estimates using Audatex
18. Communicate with customers to provide repair information and an indication of completion time
19. Compile all relevant information and complete supporting documentation
20. Record all estimate / repair information on the Advance system
21. Monitor progress of the vehicle through the repair process
22. Audatex qualification desirable
23. Takes pride in providing a great customer experience
24. Full UK driving licence
