Join a growing technical team as a Repair Centre Manager, leading day-to-day operations in a busy electronics repair environment. You’ll manage a skilled team, ensure service levels are met, and act as the main customer contact for repair services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the repairs team
Manage workflow, capacity, and KPIs
Oversee H&S, quality, and compliance
Support customers, partners, and internal teams
Drive process improvements and cost controlWhat You Need:
HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electronics
Experience supervising teams in repair/manufacturing
Strong B2B customer-facing skills
SLA and ERP workflow experience
