MONDAY - FRIDAY: WORKING 8 HOURS SHIFTS BETWEEN 06.00 - 22.00

Day to Day Duties
As a Production Team Leader, you will:
Oversee and lead the daily operations of the production lines, ensuring targets for health, safety, quality, and output are met
Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on the shop floor
Assist with production planning and coordinate the team to meet production schedules
Provide hands-on support on the production lines, including stepping in as a backup operator when necessary
Train and develop staff on production line processes and procedures
Work closely with the engineering team to assist in machine repairs and maintenance as needed
Ensure that all team members are fully trained and capable of meeting production demands
Use your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Essential Skills
As a Production Team Leader, it is essential to have :
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is desirable, but not essential
A good knowledge of mechanical processes and experience working alongside engineering teams is a plus
Strong problem-solving attitude, with the ability to think on your feet and handle challenges pro actively
A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team effectively
Flexibility to work across different shifts and adapt to production needs
Own transport is desirable to visit suppliers off-site when necessary
Desirable Experience
As a Production Team Leader it is desirable to be available imminently
Training
Full training on company policies and procedures will be provided
