This is a sales and business development role where you’ll work towards targets, build your own client portfolio, and partner with senior-level talent across the globe. We’re looking for resilient, driven, and down-to-earth individuals who want to make an impact and grow with us.

* £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission (up to 60%) & company benefits. Average 1st year OTE £45-50k

Responsibilities
* Own the full 360° executive recruitment process, working with both clients and candidates
* Specialise in a niche global industry sector within our core markets
* Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones
* Headhunt and engage top senior-level talent
* Advise and consult with clients on executive hiring strategies
* Work independently and within a team, building your specialist market like your own business
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred but not essential)
* Drive, confidence, and a hunger for success in a sales/business development environment
* A positive, resilient, and competitive mindset
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
* Accountability for achieving targets and growing your specialist market
* Ambition to go beyond the basics and continuously push yourself
