Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk duties include:
3. Full ownership of end-to-end AP
4. Processing invoices
5. A small number of multi‑currency BACS payments
6. Supplier statement reconciliation
7. Managing payment runs
8. Query resolution and maintaining strong supplier relationships
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
9. Experience in a full-function AP role is essential
10. Be available immediately or on short notice.
11. Good excel skills
12. Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
13. Confident handling BACS payments and high-volume invoice processing
