We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Apprentice to join Amey BSMHFT account. Starting Salary: £20,385 per annum. Location: Birmingham - Erdington. Start Date: ASAP. Working Hours – 37.5 hours.

About Amey and the Trust: Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust provides a comprehensive mental healthcare service with a range of specialist mental health services to communities in the West Midlands. Amey has supported the Trust with integrated facilities management services since 2002.
Responsibilities
* Check tasks that were raised OOH, assign a response time, speak to the engineer who attended urgent/emergency tasks or confirm with site regarding P3 jobs, add response time and notes, and assign to the relevant engineer.
* Assign any follow-up jobs raised from urgent tasks to the relevant engineer/specialist.
* Check the NBMHT inbox and reply to emails that are received OOH and during the day; save emails/correspondence as PDFs and upload to relevant tasks.
* Check tasks due today and obtain updates from engineers/contractors; apply EOT when needed with a valid reason and add notes to the task.
* Upload job sheets onto tasks, enter time finished and notes from the job card, and mark as complete or, if further work is required, apply EOT with justification; upload all EOT emails to tasks.
* File job sheets into the correct folders in the NBMHT inbox.
* Review engineers’ annual leave to plan works.
* As part of the Apprenticeship, enroll on a Business Administration Level 3 qualification, with supported college attendance (1 day per week), 1-2-1 advice, e-learning, and access to a team of experts.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade A*-C, including Maths and English.
* Available to join the programme ASAP.
* Desirable: on track for gaining a driving licence.
