Sous Chef - The White Oak, Cookham
£36,000 - £40,000 | £500 Signing Bonus | Staff Accommodation Available

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen, support the Head Chef, and take pride in creating food that the whole team is proud of.

The Kitchen
* 6 person brigade with strong team structure
* Fresh seasonal menus, cooked from scratch

* Hands-on, experienced leadership with a positive culture
What we’re looking for
* Experience in fresh food kitchens
* Calm, confident leadership on service
* Ability to mentor and support junior chefs
* Comfortable with prep, stock, ordering, and hygiene standards
* A genuine love of cooking and improving
