6. Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
8. Support the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.
9. Assist in forecasting, planning, and risk assessment activities.
10. Act as a trusted advisor on all financial matters within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
11. A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the public sector.
12. Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
13. Proven ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
14. Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.
15. Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
16. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
