Location: Nationwide- Predominantly across the Northwest and Midlands area Contract: Permanent full-time – 37.5 hours per week Salary: £19,500 Learning and Development Apprentice What will you be responsible for? As a Learning & Development (L&D) apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a business admin level 3 apprenticeship, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You will support with the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes. The role will be a blend of administrative tasks, communication, and coordination work that helps our employees grow their skills and knowledge What will your day-to-day duties include: Schedule training sessions (online or in-person) Book venues, trainers, and required equipment Update training records or Learning Management Systems (LMS) Liaise with trainers, managers, and external training providers Help analyse training feedback and create summary reports What are we looking for? A minimum of GCSEs at grades 3 – 9 (GCSE D or above), Functional Skills level 1 in English and Maths Are punctual, self-motivated, and willing to learn Can handle physical work in varying weather conditions Are over 18 years of age due to the possibility of staying away from home for work and training Driving license preferable/advantageous due to location and opportunities to drive certain vehicles etc We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferable skills are always welcome!
