As a Consultant working as part of a project team, you will bring your technical and problem‑solving skills to our team. You will play a customer‑facing role and be involved across Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design. You will work with the project team colleagues to develop, configure and deploy the solution, and ensure project processes and deliverables in your area are met.
Responsibilities
* Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation and Solution Design.
* Develop, configure and deploy the Oracle Time and Labor Cloud solution.
* Ensure project processes and deliverables in your area are met.
* Work with technical teams for interface design, development and testing.
* Provide solution design, functional design, configuration documentation, testing, troubleshooting and hyper‑care support.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of functional experience delivering Oracle Time and Labor Cloud applications.
* Involvement in at least one full Oracle Cloud implementation cycle.
* Support for Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Configuration Documentation, Testing, Troubleshooting and Hyper‑care support.
* Experience working with technical teams for interface design, development and testing.
* Good client‑facing, communication and client management skills.
* Ability to multi‑task and work independently.
* Ability to travel to client sites.
* Demonstrable functional exposure to Oracle Time and Labor.
* Preferred technical and professional experience:
o Oracle Payroll, Oracle PPM, Oracle Financials General Ledger.
o Oracle Cloud Implementation Certification(s).
o Understanding of Oracle Cloud products and integrating them with other on‑premise or cloud applications.
o Knowledge of the reporting and analytical tools available as part of Oracle Cloud.
* Bachelors Degree (technical or professional).
