You might currently work in underwriting support, broking operations, or reinsurance administration within a syndicate, reinsurer, MGA, or Lloyd’s broker — but if you’re client-focused, technically minded, and know how technology underpins the market, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities As a Service Delivery Manager (or Analyst), you’ll be the vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of technology and data services across the London Market. Your responsibilities will include: Managing relationships with key specialty, Broking, and reinsurance clients Overseeing performance, service quality, and issue resolution Collaborating with internal technology, data, and operations teams to solve client problems Translating business needs into actionable service or system improvements Supporting client onboarding, service transitions, and change initiatives Acting as a trusted partner — ensuring clients gain maximum value from our platforms and solutions Qualifications We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of the London Market — ideally in specialty, reinsurance, or underwriting Experience working with or supporting insurance technology platforms, systems, or data solutions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A proactive, problem-solving approach and attention to detail A client-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical issues into business terms Why This Role?
