What we’re looking for:
* Valid ticket/licence to operate a CAT 3022 or 3024 (grab machine/material handler) — this is essential for the role
* Proven experience operating wheeled material handlers, loading shovels, or other mobile plant machinery
* Ability to organise workloads and support colleagues on-site
* Strong communication skills and a professional, respectful approach
* Positive, flexible work ethic with a focus on teamwork
* A safety-first mindset and dedication to operational excellence
* Access to a vehicle due to location
What you’ll be doing:
* Operating a wheeled material handler with raising cab (CAT 3022/3024) and other mobile plant as required
* Supervising daily activities and ensuring smooth task allocation
* Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and site standards
* Supporting recycling performance and assisting with reporting
