Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Chef de Partie to join a talented and stable brigade within a busy fresh‑food kitchen operation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sous and Head Chef teams, taking responsibility for running sections during service, supporting junior chefs, and helping maintain consistently high food standards across the business.
This role would suit a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, or an experienced Senior Chef de Partie looking for a high‑quality operation with genuine progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Running and managing your section during service.
* Preparing fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard.
* Supporting junior members of the brigade.
* Maintaining consistency during busy service periods.
* Assisting with stock rotation, prep, and kitchen organisation.
* Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
* Working collaboratively across multiple kitchen operations and event services.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie within a quality fresh‑food environment.
* Strong all‑round kitchen skills and good service standards.
* Ability to work calmly within a busy brigade.
* Passion for seasonal British produce.
* Good communication and team‑working skills.
* Reliable, organised, and motivated attitude.
* Experience within hotel, events, or high‑volume premium dining operations would be beneficial.
