In this role, you will be working closely with and reporting to the Contracts Manager. Working within a team of administrators, you will be expected to manage engineer diaries, book engineer appointments, process engineer jobs and to liaise with clients; plus, other duties listed below.</p><p><b>What will your role as a Contracts Administrator look like?</b></p><ul><li>Manage engineer diaries</li><li>Booking of engineer appointments</li><li>Processing of engineer Jobs</li><li>Liaison with the client</li><li>Dealing with complaints</li><li>Liaison with tenants</li><li>Customer satisfaction surveys</li><li>Data inputting</li><li>Obtaining quotations and information for Tenders</li><li>Working closely with Contract Managers</li><li>Produce contract reports</li><li>Ordering materials</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><b>Are you the right person?</b></p><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel</li><li>Professional and polite telephone manner</li><li>A can-do attitude</li><li>Be adaptable and able to think on your feet</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.</li></ul><h3>What is on offer</h3><p><b>What is on offer for you?</b></p><ul><li>£27,(Apply online only) - £30,(Apply online only) per year, the higher end of the salary scale for someone with relevant experience</li><li>24 days of holiday a year plus bank holidays</li><li>Company pension</li><li>Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will be considered for the company s private healthcare scheme.</li></ul><p><b>If you are ready to start your career with an established and rapidly growing company, then click APPLY now!
