About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurants Events Executive to join our Harrods Restaurants Events Team. This position supports the delivery and execution of the Harrods Events Strategy and our Brand Partners’ planned activities.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver a range of events from intimate private dining experiences to full restaurant brand takeovers.
* Coordinate suppliers and internal teams, project‑manage and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
* Work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days on‑site per week as required by business needs.
* Prepare and manage event budgets, reporting spend back to the Senior Event Manager or Event Manager.
* Present to senior stakeholders and maintain collaborative relationships with restaurant sales executives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in event operations and reservations within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
* Proven track record of coordinating successful events in the luxury hospitality industry.
* Ambitious, highly organised, working at a very high standard.
* Highly functional operational event executive, identifying problems before they occur and ensuring relevant logistics are in place.
* Confident drawing up and managing budgets, able to report spending accurately.
* Effective communicator building collaborative relationships with others.
* Skilled at organisation, project coordination and delivery.
* Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends and out‑of‑hours events.
