This position is on-site with frequent traveling to other locations in Southern UK. We are looking for someone based in Birmingham, or elsewhere in the Midland area.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities
 * Ensure safe and efficient service work from both personnel and equipment perspectives
 * Accountable for the field service P&L in the region
 * Accountable for the services customer experience
 * Accountable for the Brand image (workshop, vans, service engineers)
 * Accountable for employee engagement and training development
 * Responsible for local human resources management and planning
Strategy
 * Identify opportunities for service sales based on installed base knowledge
 * Develop a close relationship with equipment sales, supporting customer visits when required
 * Collaborate with the Service sales team to ensure coverage of all products and promotion of service products
 * Develop on-site crane testing offered locally
Operations
 * Manage available billable hours
 * Ensure ProCare remains profitable
 * Focus on equipment types and handover excellence
Training & People
 * Drive and develop training for own employees to maintain high competence in our products
 * Provide local technical support (first line intervention)
 * Lead local development programs for service personnel
 * Recruit, train, retain and manage service resources
Education & What You’ll Need
 * Suitable educational background in technical and commercial subjects (bachelor/academic level or equivalent through experience)
Working Experience
 * Proven leadership in operational service management
 * Ability to deliver service business sales and profitability
 * Strong business mindset with commercial knowledge
 * Service management skills including logistics and spare-parts
Competence And Skills
 * Service management skills including logistics and spare parts
 * Innovative, customer-focused approach with ability to collaborate with customers, dealers, and other functions
 * Technical skills and product knowledge
 * System understanding (SAP) and experience with field service systems/tools is beneficial
 * Strong leadership with ability to develop high-performing teams and allocate resources efficiently
 * Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build long-term relationships
 * Fluent English
