Clinical Deputy Manager – Nursing Home – Blyth
Salary: £48000 - £50000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, permanent
A well-established and highly regarded 40+ bedded nursing home in Blyth is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join its dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and clinically strong nurse leader to take on a key management role within a supportive and forward-thinking care environment.

The Role:
The Clinical Deputy Manager will support the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance are consistently upheld. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, mentor and support staff, and deputise in the Home Manager’s absence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing and care teams
Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical audits
Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Support staff development through supervision, training, and performance reviews
Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external professionalsRequirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin
Previous leadership experience in a nursing home or similar care setting
Strong clinical knowledge and up-to-date with current care standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
