The Position:
We’re looking for a Lecturer in Engineering. If you are enthusiastic about Engineering and have a passion for teaching and sharing your knowledge, then this role could be for you. We are looking for someone with a broad range of experience in Engineering, to join our Engineering team. You will be required to prepare, teach and assess for groups of 16‑19 and adult learners.

Responsibilities For The Role
* Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons
* Contribute to the Key Performance Indicators for the college
* Deliver lectures, workshops, and tutorials.
* Develop and update course materials to reflect current industry trends.
* Supervise student assessments and provide academic guidance.
* Carry out CPD activities to stay up to date with current trends in technologies
* Contribute to departmental planning and quality assurance processes.

* Unqualified 22‑26 £16,740‑£18,827
* Qualified‑ 27‑36 £19,393‑£25,286 plus a market supplement
