A long-established and accredited legal practice in Middlesbrough is seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancer to take on the role of Residential Conveyancing Team Leader.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to play a key role in developing and shaping a growing residential property department within a reputable firm.
What We Are Looking For

* 5+ years' PQE with strong, hands-on experience across all areas of residential conveyancing
* A background in supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior team members
* Confidence in managing a high-volume caseload, ensuring files progress efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care
* The ability to support and strengthen the team's performance, contributing to a department that handles around 100 new monthly instructions
* A commitment to upholding and contributing to the firm's various professional accreditations and quality standards

Role Responsibilities
Residential Conveyancing to oversee and manage a diverse and active caseload, including:

1. Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
2. Help to Buy transactions
3. Remortgages
4. New build conveyancing
5. Lease extensions
