HR Advisor to join our Head Office team.
A wide ranging generalist role with ownership of specific areas, this is a great opportunity to join a team where you can make a noticeable impact.
Permanent position working Monday to Friday
* 37.5 hours per week

The Role
* Provide HR advice to managers on a range of HR operational issues.
* Take ownership of all recruitment and branding activities.
* Be able to assess candidates based on qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
* Be informed on market trends and competitor activity.
* Manage an employee relations casework relating to disciplinary, grievance, investigations, absence and welfare.
* Busy with changing priorities there’s lots to get involved in.
Experience And Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven experience of partnering with line managers.
* High standard of literacy and exceptional eye for detail.
* Fantastic organisation and time management skills.
* Exceptional customer service and a can do attitude.
* A level of experience meaning that you will be able to make a noticeable contribution immediately.
* With three businesses and a headcount of around 400, experience in similar businesses would be advantageous.
