You’ll be supporting project rollouts, assisting contractors, and contributing to the continued development of our industrial monitoring solutions.**Key Responsibilities*** Install, test, and commission vibration monitoring hardware, including handheld and wireless sensor systems.* Ensure seamless system integration with Megger’s SaaS platform through collaboration with the Analytics, Engineering, and Implementation teams.* Provide on-site technical support and training to clients during system rollout.* Prepare and maintain detailed installation and configuration documentation.* Complete site surveys, ensuring compliance with safety standards and accurate reporting.* Collaborate with engineering and software teams to resolve technical issues and capture field feedback.**Experience, Skills & Qualifications*** Mechanical or electrical background.* Industrial experience working within factories or similar environments.* Strong IT literacy (MS Office, analysis software, and internal systems).* Understanding of typical industrial assets (motors, fans, pumps, gearboxes).* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.At Megger, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help people live confidently and work safely by harnessing the energy that powers our world.
